Whether you need Supported Shear Cutting, Electro-Chemical Machining (ECM), Electro-Chemical Grinding (ECG), or Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM), we have the equipment and experience necessary to produce burr-free cut tubular parts to the precise dimensions you require. In addition, most secondary operations, such as roll bending and end forming, can be completed during the tube cut-off process.

Tube Sizes: Diameters, Lengths & Gauges

We're able to cut and bend 0.015″ to 0.625″ tubes as short as 0.010″ in length, up to 18″ or longer upon request, with tight tolerances to ± 0.001″. We also source and cut standard, custom, and half-gauge stainless steel hypodermic tubing in gauges 3 to 25.

In addition to keeping a range of standard tube sizes in stock, we work closely with numerous foundries and mills, enabling us to deliver non-standard tube sizes quickly and efficiently.

Four Slide Products also provides roll bending as tight as three times the OD center line radius. In addition, our machines are capable of creating a variety of end formations during the tube cut-off process, including axial knurl, angle cut, bulged, chamfered id, corseted, diamond knurl, expanded-end, flange, flare, flatten center, inside diameter radius (radius ID), notch or slot, outside diameter radius (radius OD), radius id reduction, reduced-end (swaging), regular bevel, rounded-end, straight cut, threaded, and more.

Small Metal Tube Cutting Services

We have substantial experience cutting small tubular parts as small as 0.010″ ± 0.001″ for the Automotive, Aerospace, Medical, Electronic, and HVAC industries, including breather tubes and capillaries. We also provide reliable engineering support to assist you, and we'll even custom design carbide tooling plates to cut and form your small tubular parts as needed.

Burrless, Chipless Tube Cutting

Our shear cut ends are completely burr-free and chip-free. In addition, we offer a range of finishing options, including tumbling, coating, ultrasonic, polish, anneal, plate, Harperize, and passivate, as well as grit, sand, or bead blasting.
